Delivery Information

From dispatch through to delivery, we’ve outlined everything you need to know about receiving your order. If you have any questions along the way, our team is always here to help. Delivery times and preparation guidance can be found below.


Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is offered free on all orders to mainland UK via a standard doorstep delivery service.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands may incur additional charges due to extended logistics and specialist routing.

Most orders are delivered within 7–14 working days, depending on the item and its availability. Where applicable, more specific delivery estimates are shown on individual product pages.

Room of Choice Delivery (£30) – Our delivery team will bring your order into your chosen room within your home, rather than delivering to the doorstep.

White Glove Delivery & Assembly (£125) – Includes delivery to your room of choice, professional assembly of the product, and removal of packaging materials.

Both services are available as optional paid upgrades at checkout.


Preparing for Delivery

You will receive confirmation once your order is being prepared for dispatch, along with tracking information where available. If any delays occur, we will keep you updated throughout.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the item and availability, with larger or more fragile items requiring additional handling time.

Deliveries are carried out by trusted courier partners, typically to the ground floor or entrance of your property.

Depending on the item and service selected, delivery arrangements may vary slightly across our product range, including doorstep delivery, hallway delivery or room of choice delivery.

For enhanced convenience, selected items may also be eligible for upgraded services such as room of choice delivery or white glove assembly, which will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Where possible, we will deliver items together, however orders containing multiple items may arrive separately and via different courier partners.

For larger or more complex items, we recommend ensuring access routes such as doorways, staircases and lifts are clear prior to delivery.

In some cases, particularly for larger items or restricted access locations, alternative arrangements such as kerbside delivery may apply. If this is relevant to your order, we will notify you in advance.

For security reasons, a signature may be required upon delivery, and couriers may leave a calling card or attempt redelivery in line with their standard process if no one is available.


If Delivery Cannot Be Completed

If a delivery is arranged and no one is available to receive the order, the item may be returned to the courier depot and a redelivery charge may apply.

Redelivery will be arranged in line with the courier’s standard process, which may vary depending on the service used.

In some cases, storage or handling charges may apply until a new delivery date is confirmed.

If an order is refused at the point of delivery or cancelled after dispatch, any applicable delivery or return costs may be deducted from any refund issued.

We will always aim to communicate with you in advance where possible to help avoid any disruption.


After Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. In the rare event of damage, defects or discrepancies, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include supporting photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We may be unable to review claims raised outside this timeframe, as this helps us maintain fair and efficient processing for all customers.

Please retain all original packaging until you are fully satisfied with your order, as this may be required for any return or replacement.

For doorstep and room of choice deliveries, inspection should be completed within this 48-hour period following receipt of your order.

For white glove delivery, items are assembled (where applicable), positioned, and signed off with the delivery team upon completion, including packaging removal. The delivery is considered complete once this sign-off has been confirmed.

If you are storing your order before use, we recommend inspecting it upon arrival to ensure any issues can be identified and resolved promptly.


Pre-Order Deliveries

Items marked as pre-order will display an estimated availability date on the product page. These dates are provided as a guide and may be subject to change depending on supplier availability and logistics.

Payment for pre-order items is taken at the time of purchase to secure your order.

Once stock becomes available, your order will be processed in line with our standard delivery timeframes, which will be confirmed at dispatch.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will dispatch available items first so you receive them sooner. In some cases, items may be held together where required for logistical or delivery reasons.

We will keep you informed should there be any significant changes to expected timelines.
