When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Langwell Interiors reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion, where reasonably necessary (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing error, stock unavailability, or breach of these Terms). Your order is not accepted until Langwell Interiors confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Langwell Interiors may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Your purchases are subject to returns, exchanges and cancellation rights as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which operates in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Products are supplied for consumer use unless purchased under a trade or business account or otherwise expressly agreed in writing. We may, at our discretion, offer trade or business purchases subject to separate terms, including pricing, payment, delivery, and return conditions.

Consumers have the statutory right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving their goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these Terms or any of our policies affects or limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation. Your legal rights are in addition to any contractual rights set out in these Terms or our Refund Policy.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.

Prices posted in our online stores may be different from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties. We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will prevail. Promotional offers, discount codes and special offers are subject to any additional terms stated with the offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one promotional code may be used per order. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, refuse or cancel promotions where they are used improperly, fraudulently, or contrary to their terms.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorised to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.

Where financing or instalment payment options are offered, they are provided by third-party payment providers and are subject to eligibility, approval, and the provider’s own terms and conditions.

Where we offer a Price Promise, it applies only to identical products sold by authorised UK retailers. The item must be in stock and available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any request that is not commercially viable or where the competitor’s offer cannot be independently verified.


SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control, except where required under your statutory rights. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once we transfer products to the carrier, Risk passes to you once you (or a person identified by you) take physical possession of the goods, except where otherwise required by law.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within a reasonable time with supporting details (such as photographs). We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights. Full details of the process are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Where selected, our White Glove Delivery service includes delivery to the room of choice, assembly of the product, and removal of packaging materials. Customers must ensure suitable access is available. Additional charges may apply where delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access, failed delivery appointments, or where additional services are required beyond the standard White Glove scope. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.



SECTION 5A – PRE-ORDERS

Certain products may be made available for pre-order prior to stock arriving or becoming available.

Estimated availability and delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.

Payment for pre-order items may be taken at the time the order is placed.

If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.

Any cancellation rights applicable to pre-order items will be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.


SECTION 5B – FORCE MAJEURE

Neither Langwell Interiors nor its affiliates shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms where such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or industrial action, government actions, pandemics, failures of utility services, or disruptions to transportation or logistics networks.

Where such an event continues for a prolonged period, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate affected Services or orders, subject to your statutory rights.

We may, at our discretion, offer products and services to trade or business customers.
