Returns & Refunds

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Langwell Interiors. If something isn’t quite right, our returns information is set out below.

If you need to return an item, you’ll find everything you need here.

Returns Window

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Once your return has been approved, items must be returned within a further 14 days. We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns outside these timeframes.

Faulty or Damaged

If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue so we can assist as quickly as possible.

Original Packaging

Please retain the original packaging until you’re certain you’ll be keeping your item, as it may be required should you wish to arrange a return.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved and received, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind or the item is not quite right, you may return it within the 14-day returns window. To start a return, please submit your request via our contact page and our team will assist you.

Items must be returned in original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Products that have been assembled or installed cannot be accepted.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to offer free returns, however we can assist where required.

Please ensure items are securely packaged when returned, as responsibility remains with the customer until they are received by us.


Damages & Faults

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours and provide photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.

In the rare event of a fault, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at no cost to you.

If a replacement is declined, standard return terms will apply.


Large & Fragile Items

Furniture, mirrors, and other bulky or fragile items require specialist handling.

Where required, we can arrange collection at a pre-agreed cost based on size, weight, fragility, and location. As a guide, return costs typically range from £15 to £75, with larger items varying accordingly.

You may also arrange your own return using a suitable courier service. Please ensure adequate insurance cover is in place, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Glass and mirrored items often require specialist courier services.


Packaging & Condition

All items must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Items that have been assembled, installed, or inadequately packaged may not be eligible for a full refund.

Where packaging is missing or insufficient, a deduction may apply to reflect reduced resale value.

We recommend retaining packaging until you are certain you wish to keep your item.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may incur return or delivery charges.

Made-to-order or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.


Outlet Items

Outlet products are quality-checked and may include items with opened packaging or minor cosmetic imperfections. All items remain fully functional and structurally sound.

Outlet items are excluded from promotional discounts and are only eligible for return where deemed faulty or not as described.


Trade Orders

Trade and business-to-business orders are subject to separate terms. Returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and may include restocking fees.

All return costs and responsibility for goods remain with the customer until received.


Product Information

Products made from natural materials may vary in colour, texture, and finish. These variations are part of their character and are not considered faults.

Colours may also vary depending on lighting and screen display conditions.


Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
